Exceptional

Would have stayed somewhere else.

Liked: Decent place to stay
Disliked: Needs to be modernized & make it better known on there web page that you have to pay for parking. If I had known this beforehand I would have stayed somewhere else.

Liked: I like the breakfast.
Disliked: I didn’t like the parking lot , too far from the hotel.

Nice and comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was good. One of the food preparer was excellent. Another one was terrible. She let all the food run out so we had to wait 30 minutes or more before more food was put out.
Disliked: Location near river walk

Liked: People were so nice. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were so clean. Beds were very comfy. When we lost something, it was found and returned to us.
Disliked: I didn't like having to walk all the way around the block for parking . Having to lug all our belongings around the block. I could see our car from my window. Just wish there was a more direct path to hotel.

Liked: It was pretty close to the Alamo and the riverwalk. Which we took the via link to get to each time.
Disliked: The bathroom sink faucet was loose and the hall smelled like mildew. Our room didn't smell like mildew though, which was a plus. The pool was dirty and had leave in it. I took it upon myself to clean the leaves out with skimmer they had.
