Great service, great price!

Liked: The guest services representative prosperity professional, friendly and helpful. Great, attentive customer service.
Disliked: We had to leave early, so we missed breakfast. It would have been awesome if there had been something available that didn't need to be prepared, like fruit, yogurt, or cereal.

Liked: I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Charleston, South Carolina the weekend prior.Their breakfast was better.
Disliked: There were no coffee pots/hot pots and accessories in this room.

Disliked: The floor of the room and bathroom were dirty and there was hair on the bed sheets.

Disliked: One elevator was broken, so there was only one functional elevator for the whole hotel. It was a 10 minute or longer wait every time we needed to get up to our room. There was a power outage for a little while (just the hotel). And the sink was nearly entirely clogged.
