Liked: I always stay here when I come down to visit my mum, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Due to my health issues and dairy intolerance they cater for that. Highly recommend people to stay at the hotel.
Disliked: Found the pillows uncomfortable but next time I just bring my own, I have difficulty sleeping due to my disability so I'm finding different beds and pillow uncomfortable but that's no reflection on the hotel. Found the room got cold at night time but put the heating on, blasts out heat, so then turned it off.
