I really feel that this was not good value for money and yet it could be brilliant in such a great location.

Liked: The receptionist was helpful.
Disliked: The lift didn't work; the door buzzer didn't work when I returned soaking wet at 10-30.

Disliked: My room request was incorrect but they still took full amountRoom layout was hazardous Room and bathroom were not clean Staff (particularly later in the day) were, in my opinion, discourteous and unhelpful No regard whatsoever for our disability
