A few hours before I registered my wallet was stolen; all my credit cards, I.D. etc. The young girl at the front desk was so compassionate and kind. It really helped my stress level. I wish I could remember her name.

Good location; adequate hotel

Liked: The location is great if you want to be in that portion of the city. Everything is walkable. The room was decent and decent sized and also had a refrigerator.
Disliked: I was shocked to see the roof top hotel pool was completely open but not filled (no cover of any kind). One end is 9 ft deep- seems a bit of a safety hazard. There is a free breakfast. It was adequate, somewhat sparce choices in comparison to other IHG hotels. My biggest complaint is the parking. The hotel charges MORE than the parking ramp itself (if you self parked and walked in the hotel you would pay less than if you pay through the hotel for a pass). The hotel says it's due to in and out privileges but that was not communicated to us until after we paid the higher price and we picked this location due to walkability so no in and out privileges were used. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Great central accommodation

Liked: Great central location with a map available at check in. We could walk around the city over 2 days/2 nights. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast options- yoghurt, pancakes, fruit, cereals, bread/muffins/pastries, eggs, sausages, juices & coffee. Lovely helpful staff. Parking onsite ($39 per night)

Liked: The location is the primary draw for this hotel. The staff is extremely cordial and was able to help with any issues I had. For the price and location, it's a hotel that I would use again.
Disliked: The key cards demagnetized often. The toilets were extremely staff. The elevators were slow and hardly able to keep up with a lot of people. The doors were locked during times where they were supposed to be opened and vice-versa.
