Disliked: The thermostat in the room would not work, so the room was cold. Also, the water pressure was so poor that having a shower proved difficult.

Liked: The room was clean and presentable. A comfortable stay with the children. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking as extra was a pain. Having to go back to the car to get my car with thr kids lately a night was annoying. Would be better if this could be added to the overall booking price.

Location was great. Comfortable bed....

Liked: The beds were comfortable and they have made up the sofa bed upon request prior our arrival.
Disliked: No fried eggs but this is petty.

The hotel n staff made...

Liked: Location. All Staff were extremely helpful, friendly. I had a problem with my shower and it was fixed within a few minutes. I phoned to be sure that the rooms booked were close by, very helpful man.
Disliked: The toilet door, very bad design, one touch and it banged shut, really didn’t need this noise early mornings when the workers were getting ready to leave.

Nice hotel for a short...

Liked: Nice room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and super friendly staff. There's a large paid car park available and the location is close to the city center, about 2 miles by car. Plus, there’s a big supermarket nearby if you need anything in a pinch.
Disliked: Our room was in the back, so there wasn’t much of a view.
