Holiday Inn Express Nashville Airport an IHG Hotel

Liked: The property was very nice and well maintained. We loved the 24hr coffee and the shuttle bus was awesome!
Disliked: The floor we stayed on had a lot of kids running up and down the halls all night long and kept getting ice? Idk where there parents were?

Disliked: Expected the swimming pool to be open. It was a disgusting swamp.

Not up to par. Will...

Liked: Assortment of items was not up to par with other HI express I have stayed at. No granola, other cereal options were all sweet, no bagels, eggs were cold. Only non caffeine beverage was juice.
Disliked: Front desk service was lacking. I had to go looking for some one to help me. When I found her in the back on a personal phone call (she told me it was her mother) she was upset and told me I had no reason to go looking for her. I waited about10 minutes before looking for someone. I was very tired and frustrated after more than 2 hrs driving around looking for the hotel I had called the front desk for directions only to be told to use a smartphone. Not good customer service. My room smelled musty, the bed was vibrating from the air conditioner mounted on the floor. Did not have a restful sleep. Asked if there were any bottles of water told no but I could buy one for $4. Chose not to. Purchased a small bag of cookies as only selections were chips or candy.looking for someone.
