Liked: The staff was nice, helpful and kind. I needed to switch rooms because there was a really strong odor in my room. It was so bad. The hotel that night (Tuesday) was quiet. The rooms were updated...wooden headboard and the "dresser" was low enough to put your bags so they aren't on the floor.
Disliked: This location is right off of the exit on the Ohio Turnpike. Convenient, but no restaurant options or takeout nearby. The area is a little sketchy. The top lock in our room was sawed off, so we were a little concerned. The water smelled like mildew...even the drinking water in the breakfast area.

Liked: Nice room...slept like a log...breakfast was great also...

Liked: Decent breakfast, coffee maker in room, close to highway for easy on and off, Near Newton Falls which had plenty of dining choices and easy to get to.
Disliked: Too much light let into room difficult to sleep.

Liked: It was in a good location easily accessible from the highway.
Disliked: Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work, needs a little maintenance.

Clean, comfortable beds and satisfying...

Liked: Very clean throughout. Comfortable beds! Breakfast area was well thought out with variety of options of both hot and cold items; also very clean and well tended to. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Disliked: We were pleased with the entire stay
