Our stay was so enjoyable...

Liked: The room was excellent; quiet but with everything we needed.The breakfasts were superb.The location is excellent, You can get to Epsom or Ashtead very quickly.

Liked: The hotel is generally basic and the decor a bit old fashioned but as expected. The staff are very friendly.
Disliked: The food quality at breakfast was underwhelming and it's a shame there isn't a gym or anything in the hotel as there's nothing to do in the local area.

Not as expected

Liked: While I appreciate this is just an Express Hotel I presume people stay overnight and we were surprised there was no fridge in the room with at least a welcoming water? Also I believe you've changed the pricing since last year by upping the price to include breakfast. Not everyone stays or wants breakfast the following day and you should go back to offering a lower rate for a purely bed overnight stay?
Disliked: Lack of a fridge and the fact the price includes a breakfast therefore ballooning the price. No lower price for just a bed overnight stay.
