Liked: Sunday morning breakfast staff was a LOT nicer than Saturday morning. I had a question about the sausage (it didn't state if it was turkey or pork) and she was very polite and helpful. When she dropped glass in the breakfast food area, she blocked it off and told everyone the room was temporarily closed because she had to get a broom to clean up broken glass and she didn't want anyone to go in and get hurt. Very friendly and sweet lady.
Disliked: Saturday morning breakfast the pancake maker malfunctioned and our pancakes got stuck. When we told the lady on staff that morning, she had an attitude and snapped at us, saying she couldn't do anything about it because she had to break down the entire machine and she wasn't doing that right then. Another guest asked for more cinnamon rolls and she seemed extremely bothered by the fact that another person was talking to her so she put them out ice cold.

Liked: They had a great breakfast and cookies , lemonade and pop corn to greet guest. The staff was really polite and nice
Disliked: We stayed for 2 nights but no one came to straighten up we had to request towels. But it was due to short staffing. The supervisor took off $50 when we left.
