Very nice hotel right off the interstate; staff was very accommodating and the room was amazing. Definitely would stay there again if ever visiting Jacksonville.

Comfortable and convenient except for...
Liked: Accessible to a lot of necessities.
Disliked: Just the toilet… the part of the commode where the water comes out after flushing is dirty, disgusting, and an ugly sight. It may make you throw up.

Unpleasant night manager didn't show...
Liked: Breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: There wasn't no phone in the room, the tub also had a big square market which I showed both managers night shift also day shift. The manager on day shift was very nice also apologized for my unpleasant stay! Night shift manager wasn't friendly just started there's nothing he could do because he was alone on that shift.

All in all I was...
Liked: It was clean. The front desk gentleman was incredibly polite. The breakfast was good. The gym was nice.
Disliked: Extremely Disappointing StayWhere do I begin? After a 12-hour drive, we arrived to find our room reeking of sewage. The sink was completely clogged, and someone from the front desk had to manually pull hair from the drain. When I asked to change rooms due to the unbearable smell, we were told no. I couldn’t sleep at all.The next morning, while preparing for our cruise, we returned from a quick errand to find ourselves locked out. Neither the original key nor the replacement worked. The front desk staff seemed confused and told us to “give him a minute.” We were panicked—everything we had was in the room and we were on a tight schedule. Over an hour later, the lock batteries were finally replaced.When I asked for compensation, I was told “things happen.” Eventually, we were offered a 20% discount, but the lack of empathy made it feel meaningless. Our belongings smelled of sewage, and we were exhausted. The whole experience was frustrating and stressful—definitely not what we expected.

Liked: The property itself was fine. Clean and had a good breakfast.
Disliked: At 10:45 Friday night someone tried to come into my room with a room key. Had I not have had the security bar lock on they wouldve gotten in. Later I learned, from my own devises that it was the GM and she was trying to find a room that was apparently damaged by a customer and was reported to the police. I’ve already filed a report with her and with Booking.com. I have received no follow up from either one. The last correspondence I have from the GM of the property was after midnight and the same for booking.com.

Liked: The staff was great and it was clean and comfortable
Disliked: I took my kids down on their spring break vacation and the pool was closed. when I booked it the website didn't say nothing about the pool being closed if so I would have found something else
