Excellent
Liked: Close to interstate, nicely remodeled, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, friendly attentive staff, and hot breakfast.
Disliked: No major issues but our room key had to be swiped multiple times before the reader would pick it up.

Liked: The desk clerk is always so nice. We always stay here when in town. The breakfast was great!
Disliked: They are doing some renovations so some things are in disarray. But can't wait to see when they finish.

I’m unhappy with stay
Liked: Nice staff
Disliked: I wasn’t warned they were renovating so the whole lobby and hall we stayed on was disorganized. The air was unclean a stuff my coming from the vent. I took a shirt to dry over the vet and it had black stuff on it similar to mold.

I'll stay somewhere else next...
Liked: The check in staff was very friendly and quick. The design of the rooms and lighting is nice. Great temperature options. Clean rooms. Had an alarm clock which Fairfield doesn't. Keurig is available which is much better than coffee makers. Had safe, nice closet, the TV adjusts in position and I had a view to my car. Parking is free and easy. The bed and pillows are very comfy. Was pretty much quiet, although I had to add a towel at the under door gap. It was at least an inch of opening. Doors have typical latches for safety.
Disliked: First, there should have been a description that the hotel is under construction. The gym was closed! Ugh! I booked a hotel with a gym. Also not disclosed! The hotel lobby is freezing. At 9pm you should have hot water available in the lobby for guests to grab a cup of tea. No fire place is lit like in the pictures. The hotel is older that described. Ice maker broken in my floor and had to go to another to get ice. The tv system is not great. The pillows and bedding smell like the old stinch. Probably need washing?? Never know what gets washed.Pool and JACUZZI were still closed. Bummer. Fairfield has advanced options for entertainment like connections to netflix and a tv guide option. Breakfast was limited and not well stocked. The oatmeal bar, if you call it that, was out of all the condiments such as nuts, berries etc. There was crusted brown sugar and a shaker of cinnamon. Looking at everything available for breakfast, the turkey sausage, fruit and oatmeal were all I could eat. Very disappointed. Usually someone with dairy and or gluten allergies could eat eggs, bacon/ sausage, oatmeal and such. Nope! The omelets were covered with cheese. I asked is I could have one without cheese and I was told there weren't any. If you're going to do that you should atleast have boiled eggs. I'm not expecting you to have gluten free bread or anything, but basic options for those who can't eat that crap. I expected much better from this brand at this price. Fairfield is next door, cheaper and has all the options including gluten free options. This was not worth the value.
