Liked: The place was so clean! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and pool were great. This might be the best hotel I ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot!

Excellent, clean, prompt, welcoming, 10/10
Liked: Breakfast was excellent each day we were there. The lady running breakfast actually opened it about half an hour early, as my son had an early bird hockey game, and she wanted to see we had breakfast prior to it! The pool and hot tub were immaculate, and just the right temperature. The snacks in the lobby for the kids (and ice cream sandwiches for mom) were just a special treat on top of the already fabulous hotel. Clean rooms, friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty of restaurants and the Eastwood mall within walking distance.
Disliked: Nothing, it was great!

Great stay
Liked: Every staff member we came across was very friendly. The women running breakfast was very nice, breakfast was yummy. Our room was very clean, they upgraded our room for my husbands birthday. The complimentary ice cream and cookies are a nice touch. Overall great stay
Disliked: They should enforce the adult swim times more. We went to hot tub at 8am and there was 3 children under 8 that came in jumping and splashing around the hot tub
