Liked: Our suite was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with plush beds that made it tough to get up for morning meetings (in the best way). The Wi‑Fi never blinked, so when my cofounder and I holed up to brainstorm our pitch, we had zero distractions. Speaking of which, that impromptu late‑night session by the little bar—open until 1 AM—was legendary. The bartender whipped up the crispiest, most addictive fries, and the cocktails were just the creative spark we needed.Facilities-wise, the pool area was lovely for a quick midday dip, and the gym had every machine I wanted—even during peak hours. Everything felt well‑kept, modern, and designed with a business traveler in mind.All in all, this stay wasn’t just “good for a business trip,” it was one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed in across a decade‑and‑a‑half of travel. Five stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overpriced and very uncomfortable bed.

Liked: Room was clean, free breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Not getting a room on the first floor, as requested well in advance, and we got stuck on the 3rd floor making the stay more difficult for me due to being 100% disabled veteran. Listening to doors slamming all night, listening to airplanes flying over around the clock, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock, the pillows were horrible, the elevators were extremely slow and felt unsafe, and the TV in the room was not close to being visible from the bed and also the channel list had more channels listed than were actually available. Extremely overpriced, especially for a military discount, and was the most we’ve ever paid to stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Liked: The breakfast was decent. I only had a cinnamon roll The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The staff (Wendy) that I spoke with regarding a charge to my card before I even got to the hotel. I get there and it was utter confusion about the charge, if the room had been used by someone else, the staff on night shift was very helpful with fixing what they could and went up to make sure the room wasn’t occupied. The next morning at checkout I was told the charge was reversed back to my card however upon talking to my bank that was not true. I spoke with the manager who assured me they released the charge (235.00) back to my card but again bank says they did not see it. So I had to pay again before I could check out. Just unprofessional and definitely not a good look. Of course apologies, etc but that’s still a large amount of money. Not happy about that at all. Also, felt the bathroom floor was dirty and I had to wipe it with disinfectant wipes plus put towels down to make me feel comfortable. Was never given the wifi code. No Netflix on the TV, much older TV.
