Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Portland - Jantzen Beach

I am disabled so we asked for a disabled room and we got to the room and the bed was so low to the floor I wouldn't be able to get up but the bathroom was good. So we asked for a regular room and the bed was so high that I couldn't get in and the bathroom was super small and the toilet was so low it felt like I sat on the floor and I had a lot of trouble getting up. I will never stay there again!

Pleasant stay at a quiet...

Liked: The location was perfect. Away from the freeway so there was NO freeway noise, but close enough for easy access. The breakfast was wonderful. Fully stocked with healthy choices. The breakfast area was clean. The room was pleasant and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice sitting area. We will stay again!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, I was a little worried because we had forgotten our blow up bed but we ended up with a pull out sofa bed the staff were really helpful by providing bed sheets blankets.
Disliked: Everything was excellent. No complaints.
