Liked: Some of the staff was good, but there were a handful of staff that were not helpful and seemed very inconvenienced by guest presence. The food for breakfast was good and the staff that was doing the grunt work cleaning the rooms were the nicest
Disliked: Where to start, our room #138 which we have stayed in 2 times 1st time was 2 years ago, water leaks throught the wall into the hall and again did the same when we would shower, the fridge doesn't work and doesn't stay cold, both things where we're report with no resolution. The pool area had no lights for 2 days, brought to the front desks attention, was told too bad no maintenance was there. Electrical issues that are scary, tried plugging our boat in and outlets popped, and was told this happens all the time and too bad, other outlets around the building looked like fire hazards.

Liked: Bathroom tile and floor tiles were cracked and need updated but everything was clean and worked well.

Such a beautiful stay

Liked: We stayed for our 25th anniversary and everything was perfect! From the friendly front desk, the clean, comfortable room, the beautiful view, and the amazing hot breakfast! A lot of beautiful nature in the harbor including ducks and eagles!! I kept telling my husband I wish we could move in!

Liked: There was hair on the bathroom floor, trim on the table was hanging off, very poor quality breakfast. Check in was pleasant. We did not use the pool or gym.

Liked: Got a beautiful view on the water side. The room was clean. Typical bathroom worries, tub floor, a little stained, and drain didn't work well. The rest of the room was in great condition. I wasn't a fan of how the duvet cover worked. our comforter kept falling out, but it was a minor inconvenience. The fridge wasn't cold enough for food, but drinks were fine. The pool had some staining issues as well, and the floors were super slippery. The hot tub was in about the same shape. None of the things were bad enough to prevent us from using any of the facilities. We actually enjoyed the pool a lot. The breakfast had a good variety of hot food and quick grab and go things. I really enjoyed both breakfast meals I had during my stay. The staff I encountered were all friendly and attentive. Overall, for the price we paid, I was very satisfied with the stay. I would definitely stay again.
