worse stay ever

Liked: The beds were dirty I even think that someone bleed to death on the bed before, because there was a huge stain on the box spring which I didn't see until the last day when I was looking for my sons earpods.and decide to lift the mattress .
Disliked: people 2 doors down were also smoking weed and the man across the hall told as to.ne quite at 5pm because my daughter was playing with her leggos.

Liked: Free parking, complimentary breakfast and complimentary personal items, kitchen staff gave good service, a few front desk associate with good customer Service and nice size rooms.
Disliked: Hidden fees, one bad apple at the front desk, some staff didn't understand or played like they didn't understand English. May frigerator became a freezer.

Disliked: The pool was murky and high chlorine smell..wouldn't use.

Disliked: I book the hotel I had a long busy day my plan was to arrive check in and rest but it was the opposite thing I got there they were asking for a deposit one that I wasn’t aware at all and plus a physical card that they didn’t take my apple pay at the end there were no help at all didn’t help me resolve my stay I had to drive back home with my kids after a long day and that’s not all they still charge me on my card on file for the full service even tho I couldn’t stay thanks to them ridiculous never again I would book this hotel
