Unpleasant experience at this location....not...

Liked: Location and price good.
Disliked: We usually love staying at any Holiday Inn Exp/Suites, however, at this one:The breakfast attendant was very rude and hovered over the area, staring at people as they selected their items and would then shake her head and mumble/grumble to herself about anything they chose. Made for a very uncomfortable breakfast experience for everyone. The floor in the room was sticky and dirty and had to wipe it down with a washcloth, which was black with dirt when I finished. Asked in advance for a room in a quiet area of the hotel...was told I would be put on a high floor, then was given a first floor room right near the lobby that had a spotlight shining on the window all night long which lit up the room even with the shades down. The fridge in the room didn't work well and our items felt like room temperature when we took them out in the morning.

Liked: Check- in was fast and easy. Both rooms were awesome. The night manager was great. Comfy beds, quiet, got a good night sleep. Breakfast was good!! Quite a few options.

Disliked: Lobby attendant was scrolling on phone when I arrived and didn't look up to me for about 5 seconds.Room was very very dirty. Dead bugs on floor as we entered room. Room smelled, we cancelled room. Awful

Liked: Very nice hotel. Good location. Acceptable cleanliness.
Disliked: The water did not even get warm enough to give my son a bath. My shower was just above cold.
