Good

Liked: The staff was nice, bed was comfy & breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The only issue we had was when we paid the room deposit with cash, although the lady that checked us in was nice she had troubles doing the cash. Stood there an extra 10 min for her to figure it out, then she finally said she got it. I think she knew we was taking awhile because she accommodated us with 2 free snacks from the snack area, which was GREAT customer service. However, We got checked in but the next morning they charged the card we paid for the room with for the amount of the room plus the $100 deposit that we initially paid for in cash. Anywho, when we saw the charge that morning, it was another lady at the desk name Jasmine, came through and helped us out. She was really good and patient. She even gave us a few more hours to stay in the room before check out, which was also GREAT customer service. Everything is taken care of now. Thank you both!

Disliked: It was so loud! You could hear everything in the other rooms. The first room I had smelled like a very old motel, and the heat wasn’t on. It was freezing in there. They moved me to another room, so at least the heat was now on, but I could hear everything going on in the room above me. It’s a very outdated hotel room for a Holiday Inn express. Also, nothing was plowed or shoveled. I had to walk through slushy snow to get to my car. I was there for two days, and the only thing shoveled was a very narrow walkway from the door to the parking lot, but nothing done anywhere else.

Getting double charged for a...

Liked: That it was a short stay
Disliked: The pool was cold. The hotel looked and seemed like a sketchy hotel that was turned into a holiday inn. The worst part of the stay was I was double charged from booking.com and the hotel. I called holiday inn corporate got hung up on. The. I called holiday inn Elkhart and she was very helpful and I got refunded. The. The next day they recharged me again. Now I have to call back again. Very frustrating.
