I will never stay here...

Liked: The front desk man was very nice and calm when I was upset about our accommodations. His customer service was great. The hotel itself was not.
Disliked: We had a king bed room with a kitchenette and pull out sofa. When we checked in then, walked into our room, it was warm in there. Come to find out, the AC was broken. The front desk man was nice and ended up FaceTiming with the maintenance guy. Still the AC didn't work. Then the maintenance guy came into our room and did something to get the AC to work. Across the hall in the laundry area was trash all over the floor and the elevator had random dirty rags on the floor. The mechanical room door was wide open as well. We were in town with another couple for a concert and when we booked, we requested rooms close to each other. We were on separate floors. In our shower, I put a wash cloth on the handle bar and it broke right off. I honestly laughed because why wouldn't it due to the condition of the hotel overall. For just one room that cost $250+ for one night, this was a huge disappointment.

Liked: You had a pool for my kid's to swim in and the service was great.
Disliked: Missing a hot tub, but other then that it was great

Liked: The staff, everyone was nice and polite
Disliked: the breakfast and our tv in our room only stayed on one channel. we only stayed for one night but having a tv that worked properly would've been awesome
