Disliked: I had to pay 2 separate tickets, 1 rm at a time, when I was under the impression it would total together the rooms

Liked: I don’t have breakfast but it was offered and the location was great right next to bob evens
Disliked: The lights in the first room didn’t work Sox in our coffee machine floor was dirty and big bags of trash in the hall way also no blanket on one of the beds and the phone didn’t work also keys don’t work for the pool and elevator was really slow to open

Liked: Room has never been busted wall out let's missing covers wall trims missing or broken drawers needed to be cleaned
Disliked: RooMs not being cleaned

Disliked: They put us in a handicap room No shower curtain and no hair dryer Blankets were too thin

Disliked: Th pool was closed. The water never got hot in the shower

Disliked: Short staffed, one person had to do everything. No towels.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool isn't usually crowded. Breakfast isn't too bad either.
Disliked: No not really...I don't even mind taking the stairs.
