The only thing good about...

Liked: The lobby was well kept and clean
Disliked: Their was a towel left behind a couch from a previous guest as well as socks under the bed from a previous guest the room was not well cleaned or inspected in my opinion Not to mention the tub jets barely work once filled with water they didn’t even move it the water that is If I stay in Anderson again it will not be at this hotel

Disliked: I called about the swimming pool and they told me it was open. Then after we check in they say it's closed so we left and requested a refund

Disliked: Wife was disabled and the elevator was not working. Did not stay there had to spend money to another hotel and never got a refund from Holiday Inn.

Disliked: Elevator is broken..waiting on parts. It's been out of service for a while. Carpet not clean in our room...unlikely it's vacuumed due to not carrying a vacuum up 3 flights of stairs.
