Very comfortable and relaxing

Liked: The lady at the front desk was so helpful she did a lovely job welcoming us she came help me with my tv she was so nice and the breakfast was delicious I would love to come back and stay and the room was amazing and clean

Pleasant

Good stay for a night

Liked: Staff was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was good. Had a nice variety of options. The pool was clean and inviting. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We booked this hotel because of the fitness center and of course, when you work out, you tend to drink water. Well, the Fitness center water dispenser was empty the entire stay. Tried to get water the evening of our arrival (after might cardio) as well as the next day (morning strength training) but the water was never refilled. Door to our room was noticeably damaged (at the lock). While it did close, there was a concern due to HOW the door closed within the frame. TV in the room was smaller than expected. Noticed that the Tub was equipped with jets. After filling the tub above the filter, I attempted to turn on the jets but they did not work- oh how the excitement of having a relaxing bath faded so quickly!

Liked: Staff was attentive and very pleasant! The beds were comfortable, and the room was very quiet!
Disliked: The property is old and a little rundown. For example, the door latches were loose, the bath fixtures were rusty, and the exaust fan would not clear the steam in the bathroom. The tub was tiny, and the toilet was a childs height. The TV was extremely small, not much bigger than the microwave!

Liked: The location of the property was decent. Ramona was very polite and helpful during my stay.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I was given a room, where the door did not lock at all. I did not like the fact that the tubs had rust stains in them and it held water when we showered

Liked: The staff and the room were good. The staff helped us when the TV was not set up correctly, came directly to room to fix. They also suggested an excellent restaurant in the area. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
