Lovely staff

Liked: Breakfast was good.. Nice and hot. Beautiful location. Staff where so nice and faultless.
Disliked: Unfortunately someone set off the fire alarm at like 1am and we had to evacuate. I hardly slept all night.. In the morning they extended my stay until 2pm. It wasn't their fault and I was so grateful for the extra time in the room

Liked: Location - 1 train stop from WB studio (Harry Potter). Excelent value for money if visiting WB studio.

Clean and comfy rooms with...

Liked: Location good. Good facilities like parking, breakfast included and some snacks and a bar. Staff were very nice.
Disliked: Sadly I had a room right next to the double doors to the floor. People coming and going all through to early hours and the doors really bang, vibrating through got the room. Very disturbed sleep. Also the shower head could do with a descale.

Nice stay, would come again!

Liked: The location was great, and the shower pressure in the room was lovely. It’s nextdoor to an absolutely brilliant pub and beautiful canal
Disliked: The room was smaller than I thought however the bed was comfortable. The room did get very warm during the night, which made me wake up early and I found the calling system hard to use. Whilst the Breakfast was adequate it wasn’t anything to write Home about.

Liked: Staff amazing location very good, nice and quiet very clean.
Disliked: Dissatisfied that hotel didn't accept cash,also toilet facilities to far from bar and reception area.breakfast not great could have been more of a variety,also disappointed not able to order proper food from the kitchen as there was no chef.only to be told Sainsbury's was down the road.
