Liked: The front end staff, especially Jessica were nice. Jessica helped me with getting my stay shortened and she was very polite and apologetic and patient. That was the ONLY good part of this stay.
Disliked: My sister's first room had sticky floors, blood stains on the mattress and a nasty smell, the SECOND room they gave her was a bit better but she ended up cleaning urine and feces off the bottom of the toilet , something the TSAFF shouldve done before she got the room. My room was okay UNTIL I tried to sleep. The beds were very itchy, the towels hard and smelly, there was a slight musty smell on the bedding and the cleaning staff started slamming doors at 6:30 am and kept doing so for every thirty minutes for the next three or four hours, as well as yelling to each other down the hall (so between the itchy bedding and the noisy staff I got very little sleep TWO DAYS IN A ROW). Coming straight from a hotel of the same name/franchise in Jersey that was clean, quiet and very comfortable, the beds immaculate and the staff very quiet I was beyond baffled and straight to frustrated and angry. DO NOT subject yourself, find a nicer place to stay

Liked: The manager there was as disrespectful as one could be. I’m a combat veteran of the Ira war and needed another night. He lied treated me like I was a piece of dirt and made me very u comfortable around other guest. Extremely unnecessary and this person should be fired. No one deserve the treatment I received by him.
