Overall it was a good stay, need to have your staff more aware that not everyone checks in early.

Liked: The breakfast options were better than I expected. Lots of choices and good food.
Disliked: We got here around 9:30pm and no one was around, tried calling the hotel phone number a couple of time with no answer. After about 25 minutes a guy showed up and didn't even see us, we had to call out to him to get his attention. We were afraid after driving all day we would end up paying for somewhere else to stay.

Disliked: The room was not anything like what pictures represented. Smaller than expected.
