Holiday Inn Express Columbus Airport - Easton, Columbus

Liked: Good location and friendly staff, except for bartender who told me to hold on a minute, then proceeded to have a personal argument with someone on the phone for the next 10 minutes. Needless to say I didn't get my drink.
Disliked: Beds were used and lumpy. Our room was on 3rd floor and shower insert around drain sunk when weight pushed on it. Possibly rotting floor underneath.

The rooms were nice, and very clean. Dining area and bar area were really nice. What I really liked was how patient and kind the staff was with my grandsons. Most hotels are annoyed by children, but not here. Thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable! My husband and I intend on returning on our own - we don't want to stay anywhere else.

Liked: I don't know didn't get to stay there.
Disliked: That on there web site it doesn't say that they don't take chime cards or cash app cards. And I paid with my chime card even tho it is a vise card. And they took money out $241.00 a d I wasn't even there yet to pay for the room. And when I got there and I handed my vise chime card she said we don't take them. And she told me to go get the 241.00 out of my bank and pay cash. And I wasn't going to do that because u already took the money out. So I was pissed. Wasn't happy at all. Will never stay there again. So I canceled the room and she said I will get the $241.00 back in my account 3-5 business day and I don't get the money back I will be pissed.

Liked: We only stayed one night while passing thru , the room was modern and clean . Staff was quick and friendly
Disliked: It is close to the airport so there is a bit of a noise issue but all in all it wasnt bad
