Liked: Good location and friendly staff, except for bartender who told me to hold on a minute, then proceeded to have a personal argument with someone on the phone for the next 10 minutes. Needless to say I didn't get my drink.
Disliked: Beds were used and lumpy. Our room was on 3rd floor and shower insert around drain sunk when weight pushed on it. Possibly rotting floor underneath.

The rooms were nice, and very clean. Dining area and bar area were really nice. What I really liked was how patient and kind the staff was with my grandsons. Most hotels are annoyed by children, but not here. Thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable! My husband and I intend on returning on our own - we don't want to stay anywhere else.

Relaxing stay!
Liked: The location, didn't have to go far to get anything to eat or supplies from the convenience stores , but, was back in the cut so not to be bothered by anyone!

Disliked: I arrived at the property at midnight and was not able to check in. I had prepaid for the room and had the confirmation email however the property stated they did not have proof of payment and wanting me to pay again. They had me call booking which stated that I had paid and they sent them the information. The agent that I spoke to called the hotel on my behalf twice and I was still not able to check in. The worker at the hotel said I would have to pay again if I wanted to stay. I showed him the proof I had paid and even my bank account where the money had been taken out. He then stated he couldn’t do anything about it that all I could do was pay again and call back Monday when a manager was there to try and get a refund. I explained to him that I could not do that because I didn’t have that kind of extra money on me. He still stated that if I did not pay again I could not stay. At this point it was 1am and I did not have any other option but to drive 4.5 hours home.
