Decent but needed improvement in...

Liked: Beds were comfortable.Staff very friendly, polite and helpful.After 2nd request to fix shower chair in handicapped bathroom shower, the staff put a shower chair in the shower.
Disliked: Handicapped bathroom shower seat had 3 screws out of 6 that were visibly loose and the seat was unstable. I asked at front desk to have maintenance fix. Later the front desk said it was repaired; however, it was not as two screws were still visibly not tightened. After second request, staff put a shower chair in the shower stall.Breakfast was monotonous and not appetizing. Coffee was fair. For the price per night the food quality ought to have been better.Our bathroom floor was dirty and not cleaned our entire 3 day stay. We had only left dirty towels on floor. On Saturday the dirty towels were removed but we were not given clean towels and had to ask front desk for clean towels. The trash was not emptied our entire stay. We did not have a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door as our room did not have a sign to use.

Disliked: Set up odd (floor plan) Felt old and run down Part of bed headboard fell off as getting in Fan/AC loud rattling and noisy on all settings No door hangers for room cleaning/privacy Cleaning did not happen at all during 3 night stay
