Glad to have stayed there.

Liked: Morgan at the front desk was one of those people who answered three questions (from 3 people!), all at the same time and with complete cheer. She was a jewel at the front desk. And she let me in my room an hour early!The value of Holiday Inn remains still great, even on a graduation weekend.
Disliked: Satisfied with everything.

Looks clean, smells bad

Disliked: Had to change rooms. First room looked clean but had a very bad smell. Second room was better was had a urine smell the whole time.

Disliked: The hotel entrance was truly dirty and gave a bad impression. The staff at the entrance was very friendly — no issues with the personnel. It's just that the atmosphere at the entrance didn’t give off a pleasant feeling. The room had a noisy air conditioner, and I couldn’t sleep. You could hear people talking loudly in the hallways until late. All in all, it wasn’t a good experience. I ended up switching to another hotel for my remaining night.
