Good location with bus route right outside. Nice and quiet despite lots of people staying there. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Liked: Lovely warm room and really comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and good atmosphere.

Liked: Lovely and helpful staff. Good location. Great breakfast.
Disliked: The only downside was the bed. It was really hard and not comfortable for me. I asked for an extra duvet so that I could lie on that and the young man at reception went and fetched one straight away. Thank you.

Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, and I was pleased to see that a discount on parking was available for guests—definitely a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the room was clean and tidy, just as you’d hope. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money.
Disliked: We had a lovely stay overall—the room was clean, comfortable, and well-presented. The only issue we encountered was with the shower. Unfortunately, the plug in our room was blocked, which caused the shower floor to fill up quite quickly. This meant we had to keep our showers shorter than usual to avoid any overflow or potential leaks. Hopefully, this is something that can be easily resolved for future guests.
