Great check in - little slow but concert crowds expected; room nice and clean with everything you need; asked for an ironing board and it was at the door in minutes.

Liked: The staff were outstanding - a real credit to the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice hotel, just don’t get...

Liked: Hotel is good, food very nice
Disliked: You can’t get a taxi to pick you up at reception, you need to walk 200 yards to the nearest roundabout. You really do need to sort this out as it’s been going on for too long now
