Clean; room good size; comfy bed and great shower. Iron was provided and hairdryer. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Great hotel position, good for concerts. Parking available, 12 quid for 24 hours. Would definitely stay here in future.

Overall my stay was good at this hotel. Unfortunately we were not advised by hotel staff that there was work being carried out on the hotel. Me and my boyfriend were out late the night before due to celebrating our birthday and Valentine's Day and was looking forward to a lie in but we were woken up with a panic as we heard a very loud and noisy drilling noise right next door to our room. We left the hotel shortly after this to see workmen next to our room .

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: Work being carried out on hotel.

Clean, contemporary room. Excellent choice of breakfast foods. Very reasonably priced. Helpful staff. Ideal hotel to stay in if attending a concert at Barrowlands.

Liked: Great customer service. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Disliked: Lack of proper support from afternoon staffThe second bed in the room was not comfortable The charging switches were not fit close to the top of the bedsThe door of the bath had a gap at the bottom and allowed voice from inside out to the room-a bit shameful to the one inside the bathroom.

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs.The hotel was welcoming,comfortable and quiet.The breakfast was very good with a huge choice.We were allowed to leave our luggage for a short time after checkout which was very helpful.Very much enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Can't think of anything that we were unhappy about.
