The Best Staff in Dover...

Liked: We Booked this Hotel as it was the last night of our trip around the UK , The Staff were excellent and went out of there way to help us . It was a 7 Min drive out of the township but parking was free and safe . The rooms are big and Comfy .All up we were very happy .

Convenient hotel that is clean...

Liked: Great hotel and ideal for our needs. Room was clean and comfortable as expected. Good choice.
Disliked: Hotel is a little further out of Dover than expected but only a few minutes by car.Unfortunately, other guests had no thought for others and slammed their doors rather than closing so some sound proofing / rubbers on doors might be helpful.

Such a shame as staff...

Liked: The acrid damp smell of the room spilt my stay, the hotel needs some serious updating in rooms and hallways

Liked: Staff are very good.
Disliked: Lighting in room not good as one switch puts all on, needs to have separate lighting. Also there was no night light in the bathroom, being a wet room for safety.
