Had a lovely 2 night stay in Coventry - couldn't fault the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very pleasant experience.

Disliked: The WiFi was OK but the connection to smart tv didn't work for me.

Disliked: Couldn’t sleep at night because you can hear the people talking in next door, due to a door which connects both rooms. So pretty poor, even if someone talking quietly, they can be heard in my room. Very poor, and contributed to not comfortable stay

Liked: Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were friendly. Easy to access.
Disliked: There was a smell of drains/sewage in the bathroom. The common parts of the hotel were dated or need rennovation. The noise of neighbouring room doors opening an closing is too loud (the lock mechanism combined with the fire-safety door closing mechanism is not forgiving). Not really family-friendly location.
