I checked in to Holiday Inn on New Years Eve and while I was waiting in line another customer was complaining (literally screaming). This is probably the busiest time of the year for hotels and the manager kept calm while addressing her problem. For the price I paid I was very impressed with Holiday Inn's customer service and the high quality of my room. I look forward to my next stay with your hotel, thank you!

Disliked: That we got a room with a non working fridge and an AC that didn't work. Our bathroom smelled like sewage. We then got moved to a new room that had blood on the shower curtain. Do not go here.

I will never stay here...
Liked: Food at the restaurant was good
Disliked: The staff were rude. My booking was changed from a premium queen room to a standard double room. And I was charged MORE than the initial cost I was quoted. I contacted both booking.com and talked to the hotel staff and got absolutely nothing resolved. The staff were rude as hell. The beds sucked. The fridge in our room didn’t work, and when the staff came into the room all they did was tap the top a couple of times and said that if it didn’t work in 15 minutes they would move us to a different room, but at that point we were nervous to get downgraded again so we just dealt with it. There was also a concert being held at the hotel and the staff told us that if we left they can’t guarantee we’ll have a place to park when we get back and we were essentially shit out of luck if we did. But like we PAID to be there so shouldn’t there be guest only parking for the people who PAID to stay at the hotel??!

Liked: The overall experience was exceptional comfortable and polite energy. Location location right lol it was perfect and convenient access to multiple other businesses in walking distance love it.
Disliked: Nothing in the slightest well maybe after hours pool and spa would be really cool maybe an extra cost to allow that but overall nothing.
