Liked: Convenient to the event we attended. Desk agent that checked us in was very nice and friendly. Rooms seem pretty outdated, though beds were comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Wouldn't give me my reward points because I used a third party booking (which was because they offered better rate than hotel directly). The breakfast is HORRIBLE. Hotel should be ashamed to even offer that never mind charge money for it. Artificial pre-cooked, re-microwaved garbage! I couldn't swallow the rubber sole breakfast meat as I thought I'd be sick for the rest of the day. Absolutely horrific. Just out a nice hot FRESH breakfast buffet or a simple complimentary continental with choices.

It was a very comfortable...

Liked: The hotel was very nice, in an excellent location and Alannah at the front desk when we checked in was amazing - she was friendly, personable, professional and helpful. She offered some great suggestions for dinner restaurants. The Holiday Inn is very lucky to have her on their team! The chef brought out a new lemon dessert he was looking to add to the menu which tasted amazing!!
Disliked: The restaurant was closed for renovations but we understood this happens and Alannah recommended several good places that were very close.
