I wish the room was updated like the lobby. The bathroom was filthy! The tub and shower wall had hair. The shower wall had dirty soap suds from the prior guest and black mold around the shower handles. Plaster coming from the bathroom ceiling and the wallpaper coming off the wall. The housekeeper even left partially used complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. I will NOT use this Holiday Inn, ever. It was very disappointing. Good thing I always travel with trial size cleaning products.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Filthy bathroom!

I thought the rate of the room was very high considering the cleanliness of our room. Although it was extremely convenient to Infinite Energy Arena. We loved being able to walk to the arena and eat at Tin Lizzys without having to drive.

Liked: Staff very friendly and apologetic for cleanliness of room; decreased rate to make up for state of the room; extremely convenient to Infinite Energy Arena (walking distance).
Disliked: No security latch on door; tobacco can on floor; trash under bed; hair on sheets.
