Liked: Very clean facility and very friendly staff.
Disliked: How is it The ice machine on my floor did not work? Seems like something that a hotel of this caliber would jump on immediately.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room dark furniture old windows dirty obstructing the view no daily housekeeping bathroom small pillows awful linen blanket old room had no hawaiian decor at all!Main lobby ok . Lobby in Palace tower old . Gardens everywhere needs to be refreshed . Restrooms at Kohala pool dirty stinks . Shops area by Luau place so dead . Outside Menu signs at Kamuela Provision Co soo old makes you wonder if food is good. Breakfast at Water Edge ground is dirty oil used in baking frying must be the same old one used over and over. Liked: The hotel has many amenities, such as pools and walk through museum.
Disliked: 1st room smells like urine or vomiting.A staff told me to bring my key down to switch a room,I said, should i come to get new key? He said, no if I give you a new key, then you will have 2 rooms. How do I move my belongings if I don't have both keys?

Beautiful property, but was expecting...

Liked: Incredible location. Property was well manicured but buildings feel older and need upkeep. Beautiful grounds and loved the ocean crashing beyond the property. Food was good but we didn’t eat much at resort due to pricing.
Disliked: Bed was average-not what I expect from a Hilton especially at the price. Our bed sheets were ripped. No maid service unless you called 48 hours in advance. Felt like there was an extra charge at every turn.
