Liked: Suites are big and spacious my family of 6 was comfortable. The facilities are very well kept with lots of amenities to keep us occupied
Disliked: The parking situation you're allowed 1 car per room that's marked but people park wherever they want

Liked: The room was clean, and the property was generally well kept up. Staff at the reception area were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The restaurant was a major disappointment. Service on Saturday night (5/3) was extremely slow due to understaffing; and the food was mediocre at best. When we asked about Sunday morning, we were assured that the service would be much better. We arrived at the restaurant at opening time on Sunday to find the door locked. After a few minutes somebody came to the door and brusquely informed us that the restaurant was closed because they had no staff. There was not a hint of an apology for the inconvenience. A short time later, while we were having breakfast at another restaurant, I did receive a text message from the hotel informing that the restaurant was closed due to "unforeseen circumstances".

Good, family-friendly hotel with many...

Liked: This hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool and putt-putt. We’d definitely stay here if we came back again.
Disliked: Everything is pretty spread out - didn’t love having to drive to reception and the pool - but otherwise, nothing.

Disliked: The activities desk was understaffed and under equipped. They need to replace putters for mini golf. Restaurant was understaffed construction and understaffed at breakfast.
