Weekend Stay

Liked: Great hotel in a lovely location. Close to Santa Cruz, but far enough away for it to be a peaceful break. I liked the bar area, it was very relaxing by the fire on an evening.
Disliked: The towels by the pool could have been slightly larger

Disliked: Lights in bathroom did not work, the drain plug in the tub was broken. Had to reach down the drain to prop it up! Really gross! Talked to staff and their response was . Well thats too bad !

Disliked: It was the worst Hilton. Not nice at all. Lots of broken things in the room,no ac, a light on the wall was falling off, lamp had nasty water damage, the bed was hard not fluffy, shampoo bottle was useless with broken pump.

Liked: Building, fountain, room size and setup
Disliked: Had to pay separately for breakfast.

Allergies were really bad due...

Liked: Large rooms and bathroom, comfortable beds, allowed pets for $100 non refundable fee
Disliked: Mold around the windows, kind of far from lots of attractions
