Clean room and a good...

Liked: The place was clean and well-appointed. The meals at the restaurant are really good. Most of the staff were friendly, but not all.
Disliked: I would have loved a coffee maker in the room, especially since breakfast is not complementary. I wouldn't have chosen the hotel if I had read closely and seen that breakfast was not complementary. The bed was hard.

Liked: The location was great for an early morning flight. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Getting there was confusing, the GPS was not helpful. We ended up having to circle around and try again in rush hour traffic and sideways rain. A sign pointing the way would be helpful.

Liked: The shuttle from and to the airport works smoothly. Easy and on time. The rooms of the hotel are super big and confortable.
