Great spa amenities, staff and...

Liked: Loved the staff, spa (Sauna, pool and steam room) and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Breakfast was nice too. Husband and I did a couple massage and it was so relaxing. Yan, the spa receptionist was great and super nice too. Venera and Thanika were also awesome.
Disliked: The room doors need to have proper door stoppers. If you are not mindful when you shut the door it slams. That means inside our room we can hear other hotel guests every time they enter and leave their rooms. Woke up in the middle of the night because of doors slamming. Food at the hotel restaurant was also not that great (drinks were okay). My husband and I did not enjoy our curry and braised pork.The staff was great though and they asked my husband if theres anything wrong with the food.

Disliked: We ran out of coffee and milk as we were not presented enough in the first place I called room service over the phone a gentleman picked up the phone and told us “we only give out once coffee tea milk “Which I found very strange and I asked him for his name, did not give me his name but brought coffee and 4 little milk packets.I did not expected this sort of response from the Hilton staff I mentioned this to the front desk when we checked out and the gentleman on duty was very apologetic and offered us coffee from the restaurant but we did not take his offer as we were already late for our meeting Rest all fine

Liked: My complaint on a smelly room was handled excellently. The front desk staff went over and above. It’s was perfectly handled.
Disliked: One of the waiters was annoyed at us when he couldn’t find our table. We had to walk to him and he was rude. He also seemed hard to work with when I witnessed a very patient bar lady advise him on something that should have been obvious. We are all learning but there is no room for attitude. The rooms were a bit run down but okay.
