We enjoyed our stay staff...
Liked: Its proximity to Euston was excellent. It was very clean and the main areas in the building are very luxurious. Breakfast selection was great and the staff were friendly and attentive especially Robert.
Disliked: Room was quite basic considering the expense. We could not open the window. The shower controls were in disrepair and the bathroom door was sticking

Liked: The location was amazing as it was so close to the Euston station.
Disliked: The room was very small for the price. Also there were just four chairs in the lobby and nowhere else to sit.

Very good
Liked: The room was super comfortable, both the beds and the silence. In a usually very noisy city, this was the best way for us to relax after exhausting days wondering around the streets of London. In a great location, walking distance from some of the major places, it has great transport in just a quick walk (tube, train, and bus). Close to two great gardens to chill.
Disliked: Everyone was very nice, except the lady who was in the front desk in time for the checkout. Not nice, borderline rude.

Very nice hotel
Liked: The staff are so nice. Our room was hot when we checked in about 8 pm on a roastingly hot day, and we thought the air conditioning must be broken. We told Roshan at the desk when we came down for something to eat, and he went up immediately to take a look. When we'd eaten he confirmed it was too hot and he'd switched us to another room without further ado. He gave us the new room key and the new room was beautifully cool and ideal. Please promote Roshan. A courteous, intelligent and efficient employee.
Disliked: Nothing. We were tired when we arrived and the bar food was excellent.

Nice choice, good location
Liked: The rooms are big and comfortable. The hotel staff is excellent, from reception to cleaners. I want to extend special thanks to the kitchen/restaurant staff (hostesses, waiters, and chefs) at breakfast - they are all so hardworking, professional, and polite. Overall, this is a good option to stay in while in London.
Disliked: The communication with the hotel is poor. They charged me twice, and I can't get any information via email or through Booking. I called the desk number from abroad, but after the operator, it was not possible to get a line manager. My card was charged upon arrival, and then again after I left the hotel. Instead of issuing a refund for the shorter stay, they charged me a new amount without my authorization. That resulted in an overdraft on my account, and I am still waiting for the refund of the first payment. At least, that's what I believe should be done. I am not saying that this is a hotel's usual way of doing business, but it happened, and as a guest, I feel lost and without sufficient information from the hotel. I hope this will be solved soon.
