Liked: not much
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable, no water pressure for the shoer, stuff on the floor, no shampoo, very noisy at night, front desk was not rude but not friendly either.

Disliked: Road noise, very noisy until midnight, sounds like a drag race on some of the surrounding streets !

Liked: location was ok - found hair in the shower which I reported - housekeeping did not address immediately, I removed the hair since I needed to shower. No one ever checked with me on this issue.

Liked: Was traveling through with kids for spring break. It was easy to get to from highway. Felt safe in the area unloading in the dark with kids. Parking was limited( which I read in other reviews) Thankfully when we got there we found a spot in the state building next lot over and they said we could park due to it being a weekend and provided a pass. Get there early if you want an actual hotel spot. Our room was clean but we had a broken toilet that no one could fix and they couldn’t switch rooms since they were full. It ran all night which was loud and annoying and guest service was unhelpful or just understaffed. They said they would get someone in the morning so I thought they would pass along information to the morning staff but they had no idea when I went down in the morning to check that there was an issue. We also asked for towels for the pool after stating there was none and many kids in the pool when I went back they gave us enough for my kids but didn’t stock anything. Because we are Hilton members we got free breakfast and for our inconvenience of the broken toilet. The buffet was clean and warm and staff in the restaurant area were friendly. Not sure worth $200 a night ?.. and we actually were going to stay on our drive back but opted not to at this location.

For the price they should give at least a simple free breakfast like come on it’s a Hilton for crying out loud.Swimming oool and jacuzzi is TINY looks nothing like the pictures. And can drinks are $3
