Disappointed, far less value for...

Disliked: This Hotel really got a lot worse over the last couple of years. I used to stay there quite a bit, but since then, they switched to room service just every other day, no more breakfast buffet (but instead you have to order based on a very limited selection), no more laundry service (instead a guest laundry that you have to pay for).

Liked: Large room and very clean.
Disliked: Parking fee and small lobby

Disliked: Found the reception mgr to be abrupt and indifferent. When asked about diner options he was vague until i had to become more demanding.not a good experience.

Disliked: The room is cleaned every other day.
