Liked: The shuttle service was ok, but late, however the driver was nice. He also loaded and unloaded my bags. The hotel was ok, but housekeeping was off their game. I only had one washcloth in the bathroom, there were twizzler wrappers on the floor(I don't eat twizzlers) and the bathroom had hair in shower and in sink.
Disliked: The front desk clerk at check in wasn't as helpful as I had hoped. She didn't seem inclined to explain the airport shuttle when I asked, I had to ask about the shuttle twice. My card had a hold put on it for the room charge, two charges in the same amount and another hold of $120 for incidentals, so basically$400 in holds for a $94 one night stay...which was not explained to me at check in.

Disliked: 1. Surly front desk clerk (Wendy) 2. Tried to give us queen beds when we booked a king 3. Used ?airport? in name when they are 20-30 min from airport

Very clean excellent hotel
Liked: Center of restaurants & shopping
Disliked: Due to Covid bar & restaurant were closed even for room service.
