Hotel was much nicer than what I was expecting; service was great; never felt rushed.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: No low points.

Liked: Clean andin a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The outside pool was not yet open for the season despite it being 90 deg all week. It would have been nice to at least be able to sit outside somewhere to read or soak up the sun. Although they advertise a breakfast buffet, it is not a free buffet!

Liked: The waitstaff for breakfast was polite.
Disliked: No toothbrush or toothpaste provided, little amenities inside hotel, room door and bathroom door were damaged, blood in bathroom wall, shower head was rusty. No toiletries sold in the store either.

Good but bad on showing...

Liked: Almost everything was amazing, the food was good and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: This one is my fault but i saw that the diner was 14 dollars per person so me and my girlfriend went to eat there. What we did not know was that a 28 dollar meal turned into a 100 dollar meal so it would be better if the prices was better explained.

Disliked: Only one of the two elevators worked during our stay. The working one did not work correctly and was slow. Trash was allowed to accumulate around an overstuffed trash can right next to the front door - shortage of cleaning staff. Breakfast buffet awful.
