Friendly staff; lovely room; close to venue. Highly recommended!

Disliked: The non-dairy creamer.

Liked: Very clean and up to date. The restaurant food was tasty and waitress/bartender was friendly and helpful with Xfinity Theater tips. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the front desk was totally unknowledgeable of the surrounding area - couldn't even recommend a restaurant in Hartford, 7 miles away. Night staff seemed to care less that their made fresh daily sandwiches were almost 2 days old. When questioned about it the response was, "yeah, well, that's still fresh". I will think twice about staying at a Hilton again after this stay.

Liked: Clean; quiet; nicely decorated; free coffee; tea at front desk.
Disliked: Beds were terrible - huge indents in them; made fresh daily sandwiches in food pantry were almost two days old and still $6 each; free hi-speed wireless was horrible.
