Liked: This past weekend I booked a room for me and my boyfriend and we were disappointed when trying to take a shower the water power was not there and when it came on it got everywhere, we requested for a spa bath didn’t get that, there was a conference going on so the quiet get away wasn’t so quiet

Disliked: Didn't like the bed, breakfast food, hostess for breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was to expensive should not have to pay 16.99 for full breakfast when you can get full breakfast with stay at most places
Disliked: well the property only had 1 elevator working which made a long wait and the room wasn't great the bed wasn't comfortable just didn't seem pleasant

Good choice for overnight stay.

Liked: Large and very comfortable and well equipped King Bed room with option to bring our pet dog. Included quite good breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from
Disliked: Window heat and A/C unit worked well but personal preference for quieter central air systems.

Outdated and nothing worked properly....

Liked: The staff was phenomenal I absolutely loved everyone we had the pleasure of speaking to
Disliked: The rooms were very outdated and not what was pictured. The AC didn’t work so the room was very stuffy. The shower door wouldn’t close properly and it would constantly pop open so we had to use half of our towels to dry the floor. One side of the jacuzzi’s jets didn’t work and we paid extra for the jacuzzi. If we were staying for more than one night we would have asked for a room change. The walls were also extremely thin and we could hear the bell from the elevator through our closed door on the opposite side of the room. It made for a very restless night.
