Not bad, but for a...

Liked: it is clean and with the gym and swimming pool is a good bonus, the rooms have USB ports at the side of the bed to charge your phone and aircon in the room keep you nice and cool.
Disliked: The breakfast was the weakest part of the stay with limited hot food available no beans, mushrooms, and the hotel is a little dated and needs refreshing.

Liked: Location was perfect, near the expressway, mall, stores and restaurants
Disliked: Room had water leaking from the ceiling, reported to management, never heard anything from them, which is poor customer service.

Liked: I liked the cleanliness. It was mostly quiet. The walls are thin so you hear people talking in the next room.
Disliked: No continental breakfast. They charge you $16 for breakfast. I chose the waffle house instead
